ok, if you're a normal person, the first thing you thought when reading this abomination in the title is: samu, you sicko, what the heck is route a or b? and i answer you with: why not? chapter 6 was split into two instances. route a goes back to route 6. read the author's notes in cap 6 pt 1 route a to know!

i'll leave samu vs davi for route b. anyway, what happened here? this chapter was the reality check that the way i was doing the chapters wouldn't work in a properly structured chapter where i wanted to put effort. how did i do it before this? i would open the server, pick some random date, and do it ON THE DAY i was gonna release! for the previous chapters? it worked like a charm; you read it, you can see why. but in a chapter with this scope? one i was way too excited to get to and make special? i needed to change the way i made the comics. but i had to mess up and use this method in a huge and important chapter for the story. this chapter i don't think is my worst, but it's pretty bad.

after doing this atrocity, i pondered what i could do. by this point, i had the whole comic story planned, and i didn't want to throw it away in THE FIRST CHAPTER. after a lot of thinking, i decided to face my mistake and adapt, and after that, i promised myself not to fix the past chapter's mistakes with retcons or just ignoring the previous chapter, but adapting to them. was i irresponsible? yes. but this mindset of getting back up even after messing up resulted in my work that i'm most proud of! route a is really special because it made me grow as a writer and artist, without this mistake, the comic would be very different. get ready to embark on this journey that gets better with every chapter!
